Things I Have Learned from My Cats

  • v If you fight with the family cats, you won’t have energy left to ward off enemy cats

v It’s okay to have whiskers and pointy ears

    v Naps are cool

v Don’t be picky about your food, or the one who fed you may regret it

v Purring will get you everywhere

v Master the “Shocked and Innocent Look” if someone laughs at you

    v Naps are fun

v Pretend you know what you’re doing even if you haven’t got a clue

v Convince those around you how blessed they are to have you

    v Naps are refreshing

  2. Cats alright to me. I miss ours. If someone asks my husband if he likes cats, he say "Yes, with a little bit of catsup!" He has been tripped many times by the two cats we've had. Landed on the pavement a couple times. Can't cats figure out how not to walk between people's legs so they don't trip? Hazardous if you have nerve damage in your feet already and then fall becuz of it. Cats are beautiful creatures though no matter what people say. They aren't loud as dogs though but dogs don't dig into your lap either. Right now we don't have any pets. Unless you count the Africian water frog that our daughter has. It just sits in a bowl in her bathroom. He's fun to watch and is 2 years old!! Does he need a friend? Don't know. But he's lived this long without one. Take care, you guys and have a good week.
