THE FROST

The frost
Long absent
Came back
In the night
And though
The Sun
Sent him
On his way
Having once come
He said
You'll see me
Again
For though
The sun
Sent me
On this day
Tomorrow
My strength
Shall grow
As his wanes
And you
Shall see me
More days than this
For I am
Winter's
Advance Man
And when
He comes
I shall stay
'Till Spring
Is stronger than me
